Made from Tritan plastic, this water bottle is BPA-free and shouldn’t generate any odors or chemicals. Stanley Quencher H2.0 FlowState – $45

Yes, in a blog post about water bottles, the Stanley Quencher H2.0 FlowState has to be named as well. It’s about the most popular portable bottle brands out there and a real household name since its establishment in 1913. It’s also a personal favorite. I use their Shortstack Travel Mug daily on my commute to work and it’s absolutely fantastic, keeping my coffee warm for a good six hours – if not longer, but I wouldn’t know; my coffee cravings make sure I always finish my morning cup before noon.

But, we’re not here to talk about my coffee mug. The Quencher H2.0 FlowState is made to maintain the temperature of your beverage. The double-wall vacuum insulation means your drink stays cold, iced or hot for hours. The design is fantastic, for its narrow base was made precisely to fit in almost any cupholder. The mug handle on the side enhances portability and its straw is comfortable and makes it easy to drink from. It’s constructed of 90% recycled BPA-free stainless steel and has the durability to stand up to a lifetime of use. That may come in handy, for Stanley’s warranty also exceeds a lifetime. On top of that, it’s dishwasher safe. The only downside? It’s quite expensive.

Owala FreeSip – $32.33

The Owala FreeSip, one of the most popular ones around at the moment. This 32-ounce insulated stainless-steel water bottle with a FreeSip spout and push-button lid (with lock), is perfect to get around during your travel adventures. The push-to-open lid is pretty convenient and the double-wall insulation keeps drinks cold for up to 24 hours. Due to the wide opening, it’s easy to clean and you can add some ice to keep it extra fresh. It’s BPA and phthalate-free. You only need to hand wash the cup, the lid is dishwasher-safe. Even though it can keep your drinks fresh for 24 hours, you better not use it for hot liquids.

It can keep your drink hot for up to 12 hours and cold for up to 24 hours. It has leakproof wide-mouth lids: 1 flip-up straw lid and 1 easy-twist spout lid. The stainless steel water bottle is durable and rust-free, allowing you to drink without worries. They come in three different sizes: 32 Oz (1 liter), 40 Oz (1.5 liter) and 64 Oz (2 liter).

YOU GOT THIS Motivational Water Bottle – 10.79

Oh you thought the Civago’s were big boys? Think again! YOU GOT THIS has put some major volume on the market with their large portable bottles. They may be huge, but that doesn’t mean they’re not easy to carry. You can easily strap it on your backpack by using the hook on the lid. They come in half a gallon (so 64 Oz/2 liter) and there’s a timetable written on the bottle to remind you to stay hydrated – just like the Sahara Sailors. The double-lock on the cap should prevent it from leaking. Unfortunately though, it’s not dishwasher safe.
